Abstract

• Dit artikel gaat in op een planningsmethode die een hogere kwaliteit van zorg voor spoedpatiënten mogelijk maakt, zonder extra kosten.
• Wisselen van operaties binnen één OK leidt tot significante reductie van de wachttijden van spoedpatiënten op de OK.
• Wiskundige technieken kunnen op de OK eenvoudig worden geïmplementeerd.
