Abstract

We present recent progress in the field of sensing fluorescently labeled biomolecules, as separated by micro-chip capillary electrophoresis, being a method to improve the detection limit of the fluorescence signal by numerical post-processing and a way for parallel detection of differently labeled sets of molecules using en-coded excitation.
