While on the move, people can create or consume mobile social media using portable devices with IP-connectivity. Our hypothesis is that mobile user's IP-connectivity experiences can be represented, implemented and handled as mobile social media. We proposed a model to represent and combine user's connectivity experiences. A prototype has been implemented, and experiments were perfomed in an indoor testbed during few months. The results show that our solution converges to better experiences, even with a small community.
